    Interesting report from EG7 today. The headlines are brutal with write-downs of over 2 billion.. but it's important to understand that it's non-cash affecting and a clear balance sheet clean-up. This is often exactly what's needed before a new chapter can begin. What I'm particularly drawn to is the stability in the live portfolio. Almost 80 % of revenues come from more predictable live and back catalogue titles.. that's a completely different risk profile than pure “hit or miss” launches. Daybreak also shows organic growth in local currency, which signals that the core business is working. My Singing Monsters got a significant boost in December.. +59 % revenue month over month and a clear effect of the influencer strategy. It shows that the IP still has power when activated correctly. Then the 2026 case.. Cold Iron in Q3, continued momentum in Palia and also lower future depreciations that can improve the result by around 120 MSEK per year. That's not small change in relation to today's levels. Cash stands at 390 MSEK and net cash is still positive, around 43 MSEK. This is not a balance sheet crisis. To me, this feels less like a weak report and more like a controlled restart ahead of a potentially stronger 2026. Seems like some people think it's a good time to step in today, cool. And just as many are selling off too quickly. Time will tell.
