If interest rates remain stable, property values will also move in line with inflation adjustment of rental prices. 2.5% value growth on a property portfolio of 19bn amounts to 475m in pure value appreciation. If one combines a management result of 300m and value growth of 475m, we get 775m in profit. This is an earnings yield of 21% of the current share price... and these are entirely reasonable assumptions in my view. The company also has almost only community buildings and housing which provides extra security

I believe the market fears the large overhang of shares to be distributed during the year. Therefore, Brinova is cheap now, and will continue to be cheap until the shares are distributed and impatient K-Fast owners sell. I own Brinova myself via K-Fast because I believe it will provide the best return, but I am obviously interested in Brinova. It's probably around 60% of the value in K-Fast
