23.4.23.4.Mielenkiintoista nähdä saadaanko nyt myytyjen osakkeiden tuotto yhtiöön merkintäoikeuksien lunastusten kautta jolloin yhtiö todellakin saa lisää pääomaa sillä kun joku myy niin joku ostaa ja vanhojen osakkeiden määrä ei laske. Toivotaan että näin olisi. Itsekkin myin pienen erän jota käytän merkintäoikeuksien lunastamiseen ja jos yli jää niin uusantiin...

All in all, considering the daily turnover in recent years in this stock, it appears that general investors do not see much growth potential in SA anymore 🤷♂️- ·20.4.The news about a rights issue came late yesterday, so of course many are caught off guard. We knew that a capital injection was needed. I didn't think they would run a rights issue with all shareholders, as the last one failed. Rather that they would solve the whole thing with a larger investor. Perhaps they have tried this and been rejected. Now larger shareholders must take their responsibility and subscribe. A reasonable assumption is that the need for capital is urgent and this is the opportunity available. A hard blow for those who cannot/will not participate in further rights issues, as the share price plummets. Based on the price of unit rights, the share is probably not worth much more than 0.93 kr, plus an option for the same exercise price in September. To consider if one has sold and buys back for a cheaper price, the last day to buy with the possibility of unit rights is already this Wednesday 22/4.·20.4.Have you found any?22.4.22.4.tulihan se - ja ihan mukava sellainen. Ei tosin huomenna tuo isoa kassavirtaa mutta näyttäis että työtä kannattaa jatkaa ja myös omistajarahoitusta.
20.4.20.4.Are they giving away their products since there is essentially no revenue in the company?22.4.22.4.Eivät lahjoita. alkuvaiheessa markkinointikulut on isot eli ns. voittomarginaali menee veilä markkonoiden luomiseen. rahditkin yms ovat yleensä kalliimmat pienille erille. ne sitten tasoittuu kun määrät isonee niin myös yksikköäkohti käsittelkulutkin pienenn eli jää voittomarginaaliin.
