Guessing that it is considerably more since these are unlisted tech funds. The liquidation takes about 12 months. If they get at least the substance, it gives 30 million corresponding to 1.5 sek per share in profit which they can then easily distribute. A little patience and this will be really good.

The next question is, what kind of crap is the Modelio gang going to take note of through this platform, or gamble away the cash register, or make internal deals to empty the company?

From Strategic Partners who threw out the existing board to take over themselves, followed by laying off all employees with a plan to reduce costs, then see what they can extract from the value of the technology and platform that is, and to change how the company will be run going forward. During this process, they have now also sold all their shares in the company Stockslätten AB, which means that all employees have been laid off, and the entire board, which has been sold 100%, has no interests left in the company. I am therefore very excited about what Stockslätten AB has thought about this purchase. I would almost assume that they must have some plans themselves to get on the board, and point out the direction of the company. When they come in with such a large sum, they must have a plan for how they will be able to make a profit from the investment. So here I would think that there will be more news in the future. I will just have to follow along here to see what would emerge.
