The partnership will focus on markets in which sales have already commenced, are expected to be launched in the near term, or where regulatory approvals are in place (Europe, selected MEA markets and Japan). It means Bactiguard regains the rights in the US within trauma. Also, minimum royalties are changed to a quarterly fixed fee from Zimmer Biomet (half of the minimum royalty amount). Bactiguard continues to receive royalties on net sales of the product. While Bactiguard says it is not changing its 2030 sales target (sales of SEK 600m) based on this, all in all, we think it puts pressure on the company to accelerate deal flow in order to reignite the equity story and for our estimate (2030E sales of SEK 381m) to get closer to its target. Estimate changes driven by updated Zimmer partnership Following our estimate revisions, 2027E-30E sales fall by 13-10%. As the flow through to earnings is high, our valuation range falls to SEK 22-30 (30-41).
