15.10.15.10.Don't try to fight your own community on change. Countless times have I already seen companies start to reinvent something that is already working for them. Starbreeze being no exception, they have heard over the years all the things player want in the game, that is missing from payday 3 that is loved in payday as a franchice. Payday 3 still missing the nonlinear heists, concealment mechanic, and the vast collection of armament from pd2. In depth perk decks, infamy rank (prestiges), melee weapon category as a whole, and missing multiple difficulty levels. Concealment being the heart of the gameplay style of stealth In pd2 was one of the biggest mistakes to scrap for pd3, only the rework of armor plates and plate carriers in 2025 helping marginally. I still don't see them working with the community to bring any of these back other than the new heists paired up with couple of new firearms, and the crimenet. I think they can still bounce back, but only if they do some drastic impovements before their piggybank goes empty. What I think they should do, is let players from pd2 fill out surveys to shape the future of pd3 and offer cross proggression/rewards toward pd3, while playing pd2. And combine both pd the heist, and pd2 gamestyles as different gamemodes in pd3.

·2.10.Game developers who have once again shown that they don't know their stuff. Pay Day 3 was launched before it was ready and fully functional. It doesn't matter what industry it is in, fixing a bad launch is rarely possible. Putting all the effort into Pay Day 3 now has very little chance of success. Time to step down.
