And strange that the market reacts negatively to AllTimeHigh financial statements and earnings. It hasn't been lower since March.
·12.10.Addtech – testing the support line on the daily chart Addtech has since the spring traded in a broad sideways band between the support line around 315 and the green resistance line up around 367. Every time the stock has come down and tested the bottom, it has turned back up. In early October we got a quick drop from approx. 347 and down to the line, and now we are around 321. Several of my indicators on the daily chart are now oversold and are starting to show bullish signs. This provides a nice setup for a bounce up from the support. Be aware that this is a short-term setup on the daily chart, so the analysis applies for this week. This does not mean that the stock cannot come up and test the green resistance line, but that will be later. The Company Addtech is still running strong. Last fiscal year EBITA rose 12% to 3,641 mil. SEK with a record margin of 16.0%, and they made nine acquisitions during the year. A week ago the news came that they are buying 82% of Mechanical Power Transmission, so the acquisition machine keeps running. The next financial report comes around October 22. My Setup Price now: approx. 321 Support: approx. 315 1st target (this week): approx. 333 = approx. +4% 2nd target: approx. 346 = approx. +8% (the level before the drop in early October) Longer term: the green resistance line around 367 = approx. +14% If the support is broken: if we close below 315, we can see a quick drop further down, and then you have to get out. If 315 holds this week, the first step is up towards 333. If we get above it, 346 and later 367 are waiting. REMEMBER: The next report comes around October 22. I myself hold a position in AddTech.
