Owner😊 I'll say right away that I'm new to the game and may have misunderstood something in this world of stocks😊 I understand that a local bank with a savings bank foundation vs. Oslo Stock Exchange listed equity certificates have differences, but I can't understand why you should invest, for example, in Åsen Sparebank, when you can invest in a stock exchange listed bank and get much better value growth on the stock itself. For example, if you look at SMN vs. Åsen, the return last year is about 10% better than Åsen. If you look at several years, we're talking about much more return/share value growth than what Åsen can show. You'd think that everyone who buys stocks wants to earn as much as possible on this? Can you please explain what I don't understand here? Thanks for your answer😊
·25.10.Aasen is listed on Euronext Growth, like many other smaller savings banks. The only difference is that you cannot hold this one in an ASK account. The only other negative I see with this one is that there is very little trading (illiquid). However, that doesn't matter if you want to buy and hold for a long time. I own several smaller savings banks, and I plan to take a position here as well. If we enter a period with a larger market correction, small savings banks will probably be a relatively good place to be. Aasen has reported well in Q1 and Q2. It may be poised for an even better dividend this year than last year.
