Hamburg, November 12, 2025. The Nordex Group has received a new order from DenkerWulf, one of Germany's leading developers of onshore wind farms. The order comprises three projects with a total of 25 wind turbines and an aggregated capacity of 122.7 MW. To ensure sustainable operation, Nordex will provide a premium service agreement with a 20-year duration after commissioning in 2028. The three wind farms are being built in Schleswig-Holstein: Galmsbüll wind farm: three N149/5.X-turbines Galmsbüll Park wind farm: 18 N133/4800-turbines Padenstedt wind farm: four N133/4800-turbines The hub height of the turbines in Galmsbüll, near the North Sea coast, will be between 105 and 110 meters. In Padenstedt, further inland, the turbines will have hub heights between 110 and 125 meters. – "Our renewed strong commitment underlines the close and flexible partnership with Nordex. We are particularly pleased to have completed the repowering in Galmsbüll – a very windy area – together with Citizen vindpark. Thanks to rapid project implementation, we recently reached the milestone of 500 MW of commissioned projects in Germany with Nordex. The Minguez (19 MW) and Portalrubio (23 MW) wind farms will together provide an installed capacity of 42 MW. Nordex will also supply a 20-year premium service agreement to ensure maximum energy utilization of the turbines. The projects mark another milestone in the cooperation between Nordex and SSE in Spain, following the imminent commissioning of the Jubera wind farm (64 MW). The new order consists of seven Delta4000 turbines: four N163/5.X on 116-meter high steel towers and three N163/6.X on 119-meter high steel towers. Towers, rotor blades and nacelles will be produced and installed in Spain, which underlines Nordex's commitment to the highest European supply chain standards. The Minguez and Portalrubio wind farms are located less than three hours from the Nordex factory in Barásoain. The wind turbine manufacturer exceeded market expectations in the third quarter with orders for a total capacity of 2.2 gigawatts. The consensus estimate is for a capacity of just under 2 gigawatts.
