    Danske Bank had to pay 20 billion DDK but they were more active and enabled the money laundering. Swedbank was "only" negligent and let it continue. DB also laundered a significantly larger volume than Swedbank.

    It seems like Swedbank can't do anything wrong right now. If they get a fine, there will be a rally, and if there's no fine, they get a target price of 420kr. It seems like SEB wants to lift the entire banking sector and increase the P/E ratio for all banks and uses Swedbank as an advertising pillar.

    It's quite simple. Firstly, they have set aside a lot of money, so once the fines are settled, the rest can be distributed to the owners. If there are no fines, it will be even better. Secondly, they have been severely undervalued. They consistently delivered fantastically good results, yet the valuation in kronor (the share price) was the same as decades ago. It hovered around 180-210 kr, the same price they reached in 2007 and 2015, for example. The value of the krona had become less and less during that time. A fair price would have been up towards 300 at least, already when they had handled most of the mess and set aside money for the USA. If it's rounded, they go well over 400.
