Huomioi, että vaikka osakkeisiin säästäminen on pitkällä aikavälillä tuottanut hyvin, tulevasta tuotosta ei ole takeita. On olemassa riski, että et saa sijoittamiasi varoja takaisin.

- ·12 t sitten15:30 - again there are some in NA who are sitting and lowering the price. Where do I find the American financial analysts' target price?I wrote the same thing a couple of weeks ago and someone else 3-4 months ago the same thing. You can always count on it going down 3-7 kr at 15.30-15.35. Don't really understand why they do that? But it is constant. Great trading stock. You can earn a lot daily. Then 1 day a month it suddenly and inexplicably goes up again…
- ·18 t sittenI wrote this comment on SeekingAlpha a couple of weeks ago, which I might as well share here too, without including the context of the article I commented on. Weighing the Risks and Realities of Lundin Mining Evaluating an institutional-scale miner like Lundin Mining requires balancing traditional industry risks against unique structural advantages. A closer look at the company’s current position reveals that many publicized risks are heavily mitigated by operational strategy, regional infrastructure, and structural upside. The Risk Factors • Copper Price Cycles: As a pure-play copper growth vehicle, Lundin is naturally exposed to commodity price volatility. A prolonged global downturn would stress margins across its portfolio. • Political Context: Operating heavily in South America exposes the company to changing regulatory environments, local permitting hurdles, and resource nationalism risks. • Grade Degradation: Like much of the global copper sector, existing traditional mines face declining average ore grades over time, requiring more processing volume to sustain output. • Project Cost Overruns: Large-scale builds like those in the high-altitude Vicuña district are capital-intensive and historically vulnerable to engineering delays or unexpected capital expenditure (CapEx) creep. • Water Scarcity: Operating in arid regions like the Atacama requires strict, often costly water management strategies to secure operational continuity and maintain community trust. • Inflationary Pressures: Rising costs for labor, machinery, energy, and steel directly inflate the capital required to bring tier-one assets online. The Strategic Counter-Weights (Opportunities) 1. Agile Governance vs. Institutional Inertia Unlike competitors heavily dominated by passive pension funds or risk-averse institutional managers acting like political bureaucrats, Lundin Mining operates under the Lundin Group umbrella. This ownership structure enables fast, agile, and entrepreneurial decision-making, stripped of the organizational "fat" and slow approval loops that plague larger, institutionalized mining majors. 2. The Power of the Vicuña District & Corporate Consolidation The creation of Vicuña Corp—anchored by the world-class Josemaria and Filo del Sol deposits—represents one of the most significant copper-gold-silver discoveries in modern history. Coupled with Lundin's recent consolidation steps (increasing its stake in the operating Caserones mine to 75% and taking a 31% direct position in the adjacent Los Helados deposit), the company controls an unmatched, highly concentrated cluster of scalable assets. Furthermore, high-grade exploration results at Lunahuasi continue to prove the immense district-wide geological upside. 3. Shared Infrastructure & Desalination Solutions Water and logistics risks are directly addressed by a unified regional strategy. Lundin is positioned to leverage shared desalinated seawater infrastructure across the entire Vicuña district. Centralizing water networks and sharing processing synergies between Caserones, Los Helados, and Josemaria significantly drives down capital intensity and mitigates localized water risks. 4. High-Value Divestments & Capital Recycling Lundin possesses massive flexibility to optimize its balance sheet. The company has the strategic option to monetize portions of the Vicuña district at a premium, recycling transaction profits and cash directly into developing near-term, cash-flowing projects like Caserones. This limits equity dilution while funding massive organic growth. 5. Secular Trends: Global Grade Declines Benefit Lundin While individual grade declines are a risk, the global trend of lower average copper grades serves as a long-term catalyst. As standard global mines produce less copper per ton of rock, the structural incentive price for copper rises. Lundin’s massive volume capacity ensures it will be a primary beneficiary of a structurally higher global copper pricing floor. 6. A Favorable Political Window (Chile & Argentina) While geopolitical risk exists, the current regional environment is highly constructive. In Argentina, the approval of large-scale mining clusters under the RIGI fiscal incentive regime secures long-term regulatory and tax stability. This favorable political window is highly visible and expected to remain stable through at least December 2027, providing a clear runway to advance major asset milestones. 7. The Inflation-NAV Correlation Historically, mining inflation and the price of copper move hand-in-hand. While a higher CapEx environment makes building more expensive, the intrinsic value of the metals in the ground scales accordingly. In absolute terms, the expansion of the company's Net Asset Value (NAV) significantly outpaces nominal CapEx inflation, making the absolute valuation calculation a net win for the company.
- ·1 päivä sittenAgain, the LUM share plunges after 15:30...I see that SB1 raises the target price to 350 SEK while Handelsbanken has a target price of 257 SEK, i.e., a difference of almost 100 SEK/share. What are the fundamental assumptions for the difference between these two target prices (different NPV time period or what) and what do the American analysts think - something I never see on these pages that Nordnet publishes. It could be as simple as the expectation for Vicuna or what they consider the copper price to be long-term.
- ·6.8.Does the market have a short memory? Doesn't it know what's going on in South America? The biggest discoveries of all time are just around the corner!!!
