12.5.12.5.Olvi näyttää lanseeraaneen hiljaisuudessa Juju brändillä limonadit lopettaneen samalla olvi ja olvi 2.0 brändit. Tuote on mielestäni hyvä ja ei häviä usoille kansainvälisille brändeille maussa, mutta ainakin tällä hetkellä 0,33 ja 0,5l pakkauskoot pitävät poissa illanvietoista ja juhlapöysdistä. Toivottavasti tuovat isompia pakkauksia. Aspartaamiton sokeriton on harvinaisuus jota haluaisi käyttää jos saatavuutta ja mielekkäitä pakkauskokoja olisi. Vielä vähän mainostusta, kun näin osakkeen omistajallekin tuli yllätyksenä olemassaolo.- ·12.5.Before I delve into my view on the Olvi stock, I must say one thing. Something you Finns are really good at, besides hockey😊, is brewing really good beer. Olvi Dubbelbock 8.5% is, in my opinion, a bit of a hidden classic. A tricky fellow that masks its alcohol content with a nice sweetness, richness, and unexpectedly good balance. Here at home, it has almost become a tradition and is appreciated by both my dad and father-in-law. Every time we go to Åland, there's an unwritten rule that the car should return home with a few extra crates for family and friends. But that's also why I think the case for Olvi is starting to become interesting right now. My feeling is that summer 2026 could be significantly stronger for Nordic consumption than many anticipate. Global uncertainty has increased, the Middle East crisis has already pushed up flight prices, and many households are likely to reconsider expensive international trips. I believe more people will vacation locally instead – Finland, Sweden, the Baltics, Åland, cruises, and summer cottages. In my world, this benefits companies that sell classic summer products: beer, cider, soft drinks, and beverages associated with holidays and social gatherings. The interesting thing is that signs of this are already starting to appear. According to an article in the Swedish financial newspaper Dagens Industri, both Tallink Silja and Viking Line have stronger booking pressure than last year. Viking Line is reported to be 14% above last year and Tallink approximately 7%. Furthermore, the companies themselves say that more people are choosing to travel locally instead of further afield. For me, this strengthens the thesis that consumption around the Baltic Sea could be strong this summer. And Olvi is very well positioned there. This is not an AI hype case or a rocket company – but rather a stable Nordic quality company with strong brands, historically often showing good profitability, and products people continue to buy even in tougher times. I believe the market underestimates how much a "staycation summer" can actually positively impact volumes. Then, of course, it helps that they actually make damn good beer too 😊
