    Can anyone give me some advice on whether it is a good idea to sell or keep shares in Logistea A and B now? I have some shares in Selvåg Bolig and I was considering selling them because I am afraid of a lot of loss. Can anyone give me some advice on whether it is a good idea to keep them or not?:) I know that no one knows in this market, but I am completely blank myself, and I have had some losses so I want to try to do the right thing:) better with some recommendations than nothing..and little knowledge. I have tried to read up and check but I am not any wiser about this. :)

    I myself own shares in both Logi and Selvaag. To me, both companies seem well-managed. Selvaag is at a "bottom" right now, as there is little new housing production (especially in Norway). Long-term, they are probably very good (a normal price for them in a normal construction situation should be closer to 50 NOK = 8-10 % annual dividend yield). Logistea is in a growth phase and for my part, the acquisition of KMCP (which is where I originally was) was a good deal. Now analysts are positive and for my part, management has delivered on all points generally. No recommendation, but I am safely invested in both (more invested in Logi for now though). Historically, time in the market beats fluctuations on the stock exchange. Selvaag might take +2 years before returning to normal though, but historically "low" priced now....if you believe in them for the future. Logi, I personally believe, will grow faster short-term, but will have less dividend (estimated). Good luck!

    There is now an order for over 0.5 million A shares at 14 SEK. Someone wants to acquire voting rights! Hold on to the shares, so we can raise the price.

    Why is this stock inactive? I can't buy or sell all of a sudden, and there's an orange dot next to the Stock Exchange name..? Does anyone know what's going on here?

    Traded every 2 hours. The B share is more liquid, however. You can buy there if you are not interested in the voting rights.
