According to the latest Q2 report, precisely those 681 Mkr in shareholder loans have already been converted. In the annual report, there were historically convertibles that could total approximately 928,000 shares upon full conversion according to the then-current terms – which is small potatoes compared to the almost 100 million shares recently issued.
