The AP fund's participation also sounds like a bunch of politicians have more or less forced them in as a signal investment, some well-known state-owned entity that in turn is supposed to make it easier for other funds to dare to do the same. No, high risk with mining projects, capital-intensive with very long lead times. If a deeper recession comes before they start making money, I believe it will probably be difficult to survive.
·2 päivää sittenOne makes many bad deals over time. I regret so much that I entered this stock a couple of years ago. I have been in the red for the last 2 years. I think management needs to look a bit at the company, it feels like they have too high overhead costs in the company and a not entirely clear financial plan for several years back, they unfortunately live a bit on dreams even though there is both a mine and an approval to extract. This can clearly become very good, which I hope and believe in the long run, but when will it turn around? These are just my highly personal opinions, nothing based on pure facts.

If one reads that they are going to sell up to 90 million new shares at 9,50kr and the share is trading at approximately 17kr, then the natural reaction for many is to sell some of their shares to then buy them back for 9,50kr in the new issue, especially if you don't have enough cash to participate in the new issue otherwise. Then one might start to wonder if the share is overvalued when they set the new issue so low, which can both make people sell and attract short sellers. But it is a way for the company to "force" people to participate in the new issue, when the discount is so large. It could be a sign that they were worried about not getting full subscription. It doesn't feel like a sign of strength, even if it's good that the issue is completed. In the long run, however, it probably doesn't matter much what price the issue is set at. These are just my thoughts.·1 päivä sittenYes, of course I agree with you. But when a directed issue was a little while ago at 19 kronor, one becomes a bit puzzled why such a low value is chosen. Is it, as you say, afraid of not being fully subscribed? That was my thought too. Then one wonders what picture they themselves have of their market capitalization and which of the owners they want to see as winners.
