NN will not help with that, even if they could. On EAC Facebook, my somewhat critical post was deleted, because everyone there talks about the golden times in EAC, with mentions and pictures of beautiful ships that were part of the company.- ·14.12.2024ØK was once a big deal in Denmark with many international contacts. The turnover is stated at zero. There is still some money in the coffers from ØK's heyday, but there are only 1-4 employees in the company (CVR 26041716), and every time there is a salary increase, the equity falls accordingly. Are the employees waiting to empty all the equity and then say goodbye and thank you? What are they actually doing? What activities are happening in the company to make just a little profit? Shouldn't we 47 shareholders who own ØK shares in Nordnet show up at the next general meeting, make it a party and get a proper explanation or perhaps discuss closing and distributing the small amount that is left? Answer here?
·6.1.2025I inherited a good portion of shares in EAC back in 2012, when I could see a falling price and not really any activities in the company, I chose to sell out in 2013. I'm quite happy about that today because it has just been falling since. Today I can't see any kind of earnings or assets either, so I can't help but wonder if it's being used for some tax shelter? Or something else out in the East. They have shown some properties and small things but no real earnings, God knows how long they can keep it running before the cash is completely empty. It's really sad because it was once a reputable company, where there was good turnover and earnings.
