·17 t sittenGood choice Neoent. What one doesn't understand, one shouldn't invest in. I bought today because Hexagon has a unique position in the bombed world that needs to be rebuilt. AI cannot replace or in any way threaten what is core to Hexagon. Ocative is not central to Hexagon as Hexagon has its core business further out in the value chain where it is built, but Octave has its customers in parts of the value chain where constructions are planned, administered and operated. Previously, Hexagon had related activity in this area, among other things, with roots in Norway, and spinning this off is smart to secure market focus and growth in all areas. Octave is hardly threatened by AI, but AI can probably contribute to making Ocative more powerful and automating processes.
·13.3.Just had a robot discussion on the Tesla thread about, among others, BMW and Figure. During fact-finding, it emerged that Hexagon Robotics AEON has started to be used in BMW Europe factories. Considered a game-changer because competitors have legs. Factory floors are flat so it becomes faster.
