·7.7.Bought into MSAB The growth is not very exciting right now (+1.3%, basically zero adjusted for currency), but what made me push to buy is the profitability. EBIT has improved significantly (from -8.7 to -1.2 MSEK) and the gross margin remains at an incredible 93–94%, which says a lot about the strength of their software model. XRY Pro has quickly become a large part of sales (30% in two years), and now they are also starting to grow in APAC and EMEA. The US is slower right now due to changes in administration, but that is temporary. The strategy going forward feels clear – more innovation and focus on customer-oriented solutions. With a ROCE of over 50%, I see this as a case where profits can scale nicely if growth picks up again. Feels like a reasonable long-term holding at a low valuation.
