The investment objective of the Fund is to track the performance before fees and expenses of the Underlying Asset, which is the Bloomberg MSCI USD Corporate SRI 0-5 Years PAB Index (the “Reference Index"). The Reference Index is designed to reflect the performance of the investment grade, USD-denominated, short-duration corporate bond market, excluding bonds which do not fulfill specific environmental, social, and governance (“ESG”) criteria.
