The aim is for your investment to reflect the performance of the J.P. Morgan Emerging Markets Bond Index Global Diversified 1Bn Country (the "Reference Index"). The Reference Index aims to represent the performance of US Dollar denominated, emerging market, fixed and floating-rate debt instruments issued by sovereign and quasisovereign entities. To achieve the Investment Objective, the Sub-Fund will attempt to replicate the Reference Index by buying a portfolio of securities that may comprise the constituents of the Reference Index, or unrelated transferable securities or other eligible assets, as determined by the Investment Manager and Sub-Portfolio Manager.
