The fund is a leveraged non-UCITS exchange-traded fund that differs from a securities fund in that it has so-called leveraging. The objective of the fund is to provide a daily return equivalent to approximately 200% of the daily positive change in the OMXS30™ Index before management fees and other transaction costs. This means that when the OMXS30™ rises by 1% on the market in one day, XACT Bull 2 should rise by approximately 2%. The index consists of the 30 most-traded shares on the Nasdaq OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm (Stockholm stock exchange). The fund's capital consists of liquid assets and futures contracts (OMXS30™ futures) equivalent to approximately 200% of the fund's value. A daily rebalancing of the fund's futures holdings occurs to ensure that the fund maintains an exposure of 200% of the fund capital.

·22.12.2025"Look at 2016, for example", ok let's do that with concrete figures: OMXS30 yields 8.8% for the full year 2016 (level at entry 1394, exit 1517) OMXS30 incl. dividends = yields 13.5% XACT BULL 2 = yields 24.72% And you are certainly right that 2016 was a volatile year, including the crazy Brexit fall, but XACT Bull 2 still significantly outperforms its underlying assets. Anyone who thinks that a year yielding 24.72% "takes a toll on the psyche" and that an X2 product feels troublesome due to erosion, should probably stay completely away from leveraged products, even cautious ones. No offense intended! A good night's sleep is, after all, more important than all the money in the world.
