Recurring revenue increased by 22 percent compared to the corresponding period last year. At the same time, total revenue also increased, driven by continued growth in software and higher hardware sales than in the same period last year. Although hardware sales vary between individual quarters, it is the recurring software revenue and our growing ARR that form the basis for Observit's long-term value creation. The market is also characterized by long contracts.
