The 5000 will be exchanged for some cash and some Aker shares given positive resolution at the GM in August.- ·21.7.If one wishes to exchange shares for Aker shares, the value today with Aker's closing price amounts to: 1252 *0.0706 Aker shares + 21 kroner = 109.39. I would therefore have followed the development in Aker up until 30.07. before I considered the cash offer. (the offer at the time was based on an Aker price of 1192).So, 10.7 mill. shares have accepted the cash offer and Aker is almost at 90%. Those who are left with shares will sit with approx. Aker shares for 80% and 20% cash, and net with the current price, that corresponds to approx. 110 kroner per share. I have chosen to hold my shares. ********** The biotechnology company Aker Biomarine announces that Aker Capital's cash offer of 105 Norwegian kroner per share has been accepted for a total of 10,707,629 shares when the acceptance period expired on July 30. The implementation of the offer is conditional on the proposed merger between Aker Biomarine and Aker Capital NewCo being approved at an extraordinary general meeting on August 17. Payment is expected to be made no later than three trading days after approval of the merger. Aker Capital owned approximately 77.7 percent of the outstanding shares in Aker Biomarine before the bid and has been the majority owner since the company's IPO.

Received a message from Nordnet with a link to a form to let Aker take over. An email with the same message also arrived before the weekend. I have a zero account. This must be done by July 30 if one wants to sell to Aker.
