This Fund seeks to track the performance of the Index, a widely recognised benchmark of U.S. stock market performance that is comprised of the stocks of large U.S. companies. The Fund employs a “passive management” – or indexing – investment approach, through physical acquisition of securities, designed to track the performance of the Index, a free float adjusted market capitalisation weighted index. In tracking the performance of the Index, the Fund attempts to replicate the Index by investing all, or substantially all, of its assets in the stocks that make up the Index, holding each stock in approximately the same proportion as its weighting in the Index. The Index is a capitalisation weighted index of 500 U.S. stocks.

- ·2.8.Does anyone happen to know if this could possibly become available for monthly savings as an option now that the other two (VWCE + VWCG) from Vanguard have recently become available?16.8.I agree this needs to be added due to the fact that who is saving 725€ a month to add into the ishare s&p 500 not to mention having to add money into your other shares.
- ·17.7.I've heard that parents are taxed on gains - in which situations does that happen. It's completely crazy if one can just buy this and avoid it. Tax is damn not easy to figure out?Hi Peter. Where did you hear that? If you give your children money - and invest in this, which is taxed as capital income - then it is the children's tax-free allowance that is used and parents are therefore not taxed - at least we haven't been yet. Regardless of whether the money comes from grandparents or parents, if it is simply invested in a custodial account for minors over which you have power of attorney - then everything should be in order. https://skat.dk/borger/gaver-gevinster-og-legater/gaver-saa-meget-maa-du-give
- ·15.7.I am completely new here and have bought this on ASK: iShares Core S&P 500 ETF USD Acc (SXR8) Now I would like my 3-year-old grandchild to also get started. Do I understand correctly that it should then be this one I should buy for him in an account for minors. Vanguard S&P 500 UCITS ETF - (USD) Acc (VUAA) Hope someone smarter than me can help.Children can utilize their basic allowance as Vanguard S&P 500 UCITS ETF is not on Skat's positive list. This means it is taxed on a mark-to-market basis as capital income and children can utilize their personal allowance kr. 49,700 in 2026.
- ·3.7.I just tried to buy this via my share savings account and was rejected because "the security is not approved for trading on the share savings account"?? Is there a wise person who can explain? Newbie here...:-)If you want to invest in the S&P500 index in your aktiesparekonto - then look at this instead : iShares Core S&P 500 ETF USD Acc (SXR8)
