    You who invest a lot in dividend-paying ETFs. Do you use a currency account? As I understand it, you incur a currency exchange surcharge a total of 3 times when investing in an ETF. First when you buy it, then when you receive the dividend, and once more when you reinvest the dividend. That feels a bit so-so. Does anyone have thoughts on this? I would gladly have opened a currency account, but I think you need to have at least 2.5 million total at Nordnet then. I do NOT have that, but I'm working on it ;)

    @bug, On the other hand, you are right that QDVW is bought in EUR and pays out in USD, I just discovered. But on the other hand, you don't pay any withholding tax on the dividend at all, because it is located in Ireland. Here is a screenshot from my Saxo monthly account, which cannot use my currency account there (annoyingly made by Saxo, but then they ensure they get the mentioned multiple exchange fees of 0.25%).

    I see this is registered in the Netherlands. Does that mean that 15% withholding tax is deducted on dividends for those who live in Norway?
