Also, their doing a rights offering for 1 cent but only in Canada doubling the shares to 3 billion, then the split. A 50 percent dilution. After the split they will have 60 million shares outstanding then the 150 million IPO, another 75-150 million share dilution depending on IPO price. Maybe this time is different but it seems they will be back up to 150- 200 million shares and for a company with no revenues and the Premier mine failing once already, at worst I would break even here if I rebuy with the tax loss. Hard to see this stock trading +2 with all this uncertainty after the IPO. IMHO. GL

Sold all. They are going to do a 50\1 split then a 150 million dollar IPO. Massive dilution. I'll take the tax loss here and hope the IPO is well under the split and save 50 percent on possible rebuy. I think after all that is done and construction is on going the stock could fall under a dollar is possible. I hold until the story changes. It just changed. Maybe this time is different but in the past cheaper entries are normal. GL

I have no idea about this company anymore. They say they are close to starting up again, and then suddenly it stops. I have no idea what they are doing now...are they working to get things going, or are they doing drainage and damage reduction...
